- Shipping Overview
- We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following:
Processing Time: Physical goods (Canvases/Art) typically require 3–5 business days for
production and packaging before shipment.
Digital Delivery: Digital products (Beats/Licenses) are delivered instantly via email or
download link upon successful payment. No physical shipping is required for these items.
Tracking: Once your physical order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.
2. Digital Products Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
Because digital assets (music files, licenses, and beats) are delivered instantly and cannot
be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for
any digital download once the purchase is complete.
3. Physical Products Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your physical art. If you need to return a physical item (Canvas or
Art Prints), the following conditions apply:
Return Window: You must initiate a return within 21 days (3 weeks) of the date the
package was delivered to you.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, brand-new condition. We cannot accept
returns for items that have been hung, used, or damaged by the customer.
Packaging: Returns should ideally be sent back in the original protective packaging to
prevent damage during transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at
lp@slgartgallery.com within 78 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We
will prioritize a replacement for you at no additional cost.
5. Return Process
To start a return for a physical item, please email us with your order number. Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
